We are all excited about the end of the may-fly hatch, fishn for walleyes has been challenging, however we are still averaging 20- 25 walleyes per trip with an average weight of 80 to 90 lbs per trip. You can't catch walleye any were else with these consistant weights. Mostly trolling @ the Maumee Shipping Channel, turn around bouy, the majority of charters are using planner boards with 40 jet divers and pulling spoons. Purple demon, chicken wing, chartruese backed blueberry muffin, and chartruese back Dr. kevorkian @ 75' back. Casting has been extremely tough because so much bait including the left over may-fly, most casters are coming in with 5-10 fish only. We are moving boat to Pt. Breeze NY August the 8th still have a few dates left for charter trips for the tail dancing KING SALMON, take that trip of a lifetime call today.
