Water on the drop for 4 straight days

The Kinzua outflow has been on the drop for 4 straight days and is dropping as I am typing this.......fishing has been tough for most species as of late

Got some strange weather coming over the next few days as well.


I sure wish I had an "easy" button to push.......

the walleye bite is picking up, ive been doing very well the last couple days. i hope it stays the same with the water drop and weather.

Water continued to drop all day today......we had a tough time sticking trout on dry flies today but managed to find some "mentally challenged" fish along the Tailrace section of the river.

Water has finally stabilized and temps are finally at 65 degrees North of Warren...........time to get out the surface baits.

Well, the info I just posted is incorrect..........the water is back on the rise again which is much better than on the drop. Looking forward to getting back on the river tomorrow.....

Water has stabilized once again and is running 2X higher than normal summer levels.....3000cfs is the number today.

Kinzua cut back the outflow last nite/this morning dropping the river level by about 2-3 inches.......I am kinda glad to have a 3 day break for my 'honey-do' house chores. :)
