Best line for musky fishing

Mr. Sennett,

While fishing with you last year, prior to making my first cast, you advised the line on my reel was not suitable for sewing on a button:o. You were kind enough to replace my line with another brand and I cant remember the name. Could you please advise your line of choice as I dont think I can handle the same situation again this year. My buddy that fished with us still has not let me forget how you ripped off my line and discarded it on the bottome of your boat like an empty Snickers wrapper.

That line was Cortland Masterbraid in the 80# size. Sorry but it makes for some good conversation for your buddy at least.

Not that Ty needs to be backed up, but I use the Cortland Masterbraid too. It's been great line.
