I'm not sure if you're going to do this or not, but I've heard that "if you are going to leave your boat in Canada so it will be there when you return 2 weeks later that you have to fill out a CBSA report Declaration, without it if your boat is stolen or damaged while you are back in the states, the Canadian Govt. will not help in any way in trying to locate your boat".
Does anyone out there know if this is the case? If he left it at Oak Island MN, would it 'technically' still be in the U.S. and not be an issue? Can someone pass the word on to Steve Ruhmann for a FYI?
