Been doing a good share of musky fishing lately, had some folks out from Iowa and from up at Superior. With the cool weather we've been having water temps on area lakes are in the mid 60's, pretty cool for this time of year. The fishing has been good for us on smaller lakes, we're seen and catching good numbers of muskies in the 30 to 40 inch range, lots of action.
Bucktails have been the best bait recently, suicks and soft plastics are catching fish too. Cabbage weeds near deeper water is a great location now for finding muskies.
Good luck and good fishing,
Jim Stroede
