Here's a few pics of some muskies Mark and Clay got into on Tuesday.
With tough fishing being the norm over the last few weeks this was a nice change. New moon conditions combined with overcast skies and nearby storms got the fish going in the afternoon and evening. Bulldawgs fished over weeds was the key, along with dark water. It is almost like a spring pattern, with recent cold water the darker lakes are heating up again resulting in some muskie activity. Water temps were in the mid-high 60's which is unheard of for late July. Hopefully we'll see the trend continue and provide good muskie fishing for the remainder of the summer.
