First time to Leech lake

We're planning on staying 8-15 for a week and I have called several lodges they all sound wonderful but, I've heard so much about the winds on Leech. I still want to be able to go out fishing in the bays.

I have narrowed down a few places I was just hoping someone can guide me as to which one would be good should the winds become to strong.

Bayside, Big Rock, Agency, or Steamboat....................

Go to Brindley's. You will catch a ton of fish and they clean them for you.
