Bays Classic walleye and kids tourneys

The Bay de Noc Great Lakes Sport Fishing club will be holding it's 9th annual Wal-Mart Bays Classic walleye tournament on Sunday, August 16th. Entry fee is $125 per 2 man team, (both must be paid members of BDNGLSF.) All teams will meet at the Gladstone harbor. Boat inspections will start at 6am. Rules meeting starts 6:45am. Fishing hours are from 7am to 4:30pm. Trailering is allowed. Entry forms with complete tournament rules are available at local baitshops.

While the teams are out fishing, the club will also be hosting a kids derby in the Gladstone harbor. Registration begins at 11:30, and is free of charge. Fishing will be between 12 and 1:30pm. Prizes for all participants. Kids should bring their own fishing gear and bait (loaner rods are available at the harbormaster shack, if needed.)
