Well we made it to beutiful Lake Ontario and King Salmon fishing could not be any better. We got off to a good start catching 6 King Salmon and 4 Steelhead a total of 120 lbs. of tasty Salmon steaks. Catching salmon in 450 to 635 feet is so exciting you never know what is going to happen. Our largest King Salmon has weighed 29 lbs. and steelhead trout was 19lbs. The best day so far was 16 salmon and that puts meat in the freezer for all winter, we grilled salmon every day and you can not believe how good fresh salmon is from Lake Ontario's cold water fishery.
