Fishing is still going strong. We are still fishing our favorite spots on Lake Sharpe and Lake Francis Case. Kiowa area to the dam and Lower Brule to West Bend. 10 - 20 feet of water has been best. We are catching 14 - 20 inch fish.
The guides are catching 50 - 100 fish daily, with most of the walleyes brought in at over 15 inches. We have had the best summer on record (except for maybe 1997). We expect the fishing to remain excellent all the way through the fall. We have one of the few fishing areas that can catch fish after strong thunderstorms and fronts. We had t-storms off and on last week and were still catching strong numbers.
I do not have a personal highlights for the weekend. (on vacation with family at the Black Hills)

I will be working on updating our fishing pictures this week.
