Fishing is HOT!!! The weather is NOT!!
Fishing in about 27' to 29' of water using a spinner and night crawler seems to be your best bet this time of year, even though you still have the down rigging to fall back on if that doesn't work, still allot of slot fish you may see one keeper over here and there but not as many as the beginning of the season.
Curt the other day caught the biggest fish that he has ever seen on Lake of The Woods, a 30" walleye graced his boat and soon will be displayed on his wall, Good Luck fishing and enjoy:)
