Sunday's weather was pretty much a repeat of Saturday's, except for a little more SW breeze. Starting out working for walleye, my client and I anchored just off a sharp break line that topped off at 3 feet and dropped to 10, here, we caught 3 nice keepers on Reeves weedless jigs tipped with fatheads. Moving on, we boated our last 3 keepers by working in and around deep wood in 13 to 17 feet of water. We then switched to lighter jigs tipped with a small piece of crawler and vertical jigged some cribs in search of big gills and perch, we ended up with 2 big crappie and a mixed bag of gills and perch for our limit of panfish.
Monday's half day trip was spent working cribs once again, and my client and I spent some time in search of the new ones that were placed out there this spring, we did find a few of them and had very good luck as we boated 20 very nice gills on them.
Back out today, will keep you posted.
