I finally got out fishing last night. Considering my last fishing trip didn't make a football field from camp and caught plenty of fish. This trip was great. What fun. We went deep. Didn't play with the anything else. Just the deep walleye. They were sitting 10 to 20 feet off the bottom and to get them to bite was a great time. Didn't bring any home as I have plenty to fish in the freezer, just plain catch and release. You do have to be careful bringing fish up from 40 feet. It would be easy to blow out their air bladder. But we had a great time and didn't kill any of the big fish we caught.
