Clearfork 9-14

[Roughneck]

I went with Chuck Wilbert to Clearfork last evening. Water color is poor, visibility less than 2 ft, all over the lake. Pretty normal for Sept. water temp in main lake is 74. Heard of a couple fish caught in Marina bay in the last week, but real slow now. We trolled from 3-5 pm in deep water. Then cast in Marina bay for a couple hours, no action. We finished the evening trolling the shallow 6-10 fow in the west end, just to see if the fish are moving shallow. I got a 40.25"er on a J-13 in 8 fow near the island out from the boat ramp.
