believe it or not we are at sept 16th and some of highest water temps all year varing from 67-72 depending upon how much wind and if the nite cooled off or not. despite that fishing has been pretty darn good and consistant considering all factors,
patterns remain very similar to aug fishing, never seen it this time in sept.
walleyes still on summer spots midlake at 28-35' for the most part though occassionally sliding up shallower, some bass been caught very shallow this past week.trout have been vary active bunched up and jigable along rock walls and steep breaks.
weeds still look very good for this time of the season and muskys have been very active in them during the hot flat weather this past week.rocks holding fish also. still summer time presentations inlc blades, topwatewrs, raiders, gramas, jerk baits, and dawgs.
got a ton of great pics to post from the past several weeks and will get to it next week when i get back from a short break to the mountains.
still got a couple openings last week of sept and one for oct 3-10.
get away before it's to late!!
