You guys South of Warren (which is just about everyone who lives on the Allegheny River (PA)) will notice an increase in floating leaves over the next couple of days. Tionesta Lake increased her outflow yesterday as well.
This could have something to do with the oil spill on Tionesta Creek earlier this week. That slick started in the Sheffield Area and reached the Nebraska bridge. I have heard nothing else about it (which is probably a good thing) except there have been no reported fish kills, yet.
