I'm coming up this weekend to do a little walleye fishing. Is turnover done? Been hearing the fishing has been bad. What would the surface temp be at?

Was on Fisher last Saturday afternoon - spent most of the time casting for Muskie with no success. Towards the end of the day fished with minnows and caught a few largemouth and northern. All of the fish we caught were in 2-8 feet of water near what is left of the cabbage. Water temp was 42 degrees over most of the lake which i suspect means that the turnover has occurred.
