Crappie fishing is still good. You need to find water depths of 12 plus and outside bends of the river. For the best result we are using small jigs with a minnow. To keep the jig vertical we are adding a split shot 2 feet up from the jig.
Walleye fishing is slow. We are catching some down by the mouth of the lake. We are catching a lot of 10 inch and below fish, you need to sort through the fish to get the 15 inch plus fish.
Fishing in general a group at the resort had a blast catching suckers today. They had over 20 sucker in 6 hours.
The bluegill fishing is still good in the bays. We are using small jigs with a wax worm fishing near the bottom
The resort is still open and we have boat in the water. Come on up and enjoy the fishing.
