We are trying to come up with a new logo for shirts, hats, and everything else(tube top for Corey Meyer). Post them on this thread and we will have a vote to see which one wins. The winner gets a free half day guide trip and some baits to go with it. I have no artistic qualities so this is just not my cup of tea.

I have seen a few already that I like but it's about what everyone else likes also. We'll narrow it down after a little while. Remember this is something that you would want to see on a piece of clothing you are wearing in public so you might have to keep it clean..........or at least try.

I like the logos so far. Corey however, I just about lost my dinner with that one. Just when I thought you and Gale couldn't come up with anything dumber, you go and do this and totally redeem yourselves. I'll put all the logos up at the end so everyone can have a say so in the matter. We'll give it at least a week so everyone has time.

T-man.....I didn't hardly see you all summer so I'm way behind in my quota of rips. Corey and I had quite the day trading Sennett Tackle slogans using the Squirrel Fishing photo. In hindsight, I suspect it was a good thing that only one was actually posted here.....and an especially good decision that we didn't post the man-thong logo.

Good one Dan! I do like the logo though.

Corey, I think your elf post is more suitable for Dorazio but compared to you most of us are elflike. I did see a resemblance in the mirror to that elf though. you might have something there.

I really like the logos so far. It shows me how little graphic design talent I have. I would have never come up with any of those. If you have a slogan to go with the logo(kind of like Corey and Gale but not quite) we can put those on the shirts also. We can work on those later.

Thanks for all the input guys. It is seriously appreciated. Even Corey and Gale. We might use more than one if we can't decide.

Anyway, had big plans for a logo, but I'm not gonna have the time right now.

But I had an idea for a slogan. Something playing off of Sennett. Like "Throw it. Crank it. Sennett." or add anything fishing related, Hook it. Catch it. whatever. Just an idea.

Or one of my favorites tossed my way, "Set it like you got a pair."

That is the one for me so far. I like that it pays homage to WI and Hayward. I also like the basicness of it. A little more detail to the musky like eyes, teeth and maybe fin details would help. But I think keeping it simple will be good. Especially because eventually this will be screenprinted or embroidered on a shirt.

thanks!, it could use some work. it's a basic idea for now, hard to get down to details when you've got an 11 month old running around. gonna be fishing Wolf lake in Hammond, Indiana tomorrow morning for muskies. probably the only place where you can cast for them and see the Sears Tower at the same time, now that would be a crazy musky logo!

I really like your last one Gale, although I feel I need counseling after really looking at it. I think you have eight of the top ten so far. I also like the "it's like you don't even know us" logo. I'm sure Corey put you up to that one. The stripping girl one actually would sell great to a bunch of fishermen now that I think about it. Hmmmmmmmmmm?:rolleyes:

MuskyMaven, I agree that the color change would make that one look awesome or awesomer if I could come up with my own word. Spell check is telling me I can't.

I agree with Cory, this is the best post ever!!! Razor and I know how you like the gangsta lifestyle with your Tupac logos and your murdered out truck and boat, so I the first logo is a really simple one from me. The second logo I nearly pissed myself the first time I saw it, but as you can guess Ray made it and wanted me to post it. Also, since you are getting a new logo, Razor and I think you need a new tag line!!! I am guessing you can figure out which ones are from Razor?!?!?!?!

fiedler, not to be confused with Fidler, I'm not sure what color change but I do really like that logo but am not crazy about the color like was already said.

As God is my witness, I do swear this is one great thread populated by genius, albiet devious genius, but outstanding none-the-less ! I am truly in awe and so thankful for every contributor.

So, I propose this concept to those that might be intersted, and certain someone has had the same idea to wit : Take the contents of this thread and make a book out of it. Might be a kinda' small book, but no doubt it would have a cult following. Certainly, it would be destined to dwell on every fishers coffee table, throne room, and boat to proudly proclaim the owner one of "them".

Sennett, dressed as the messiah or obiwan kenobi (you know...the hooded gown thing) strolling 'cross the planet, followed by his..ahhh..followers ! Wheee!

The one with the red background in the center looks the best. That one gets my vote. I'd maybe change the "C" in co. to a capital letter though.

Many of Gales are cool as well...and some I'd buy on tshirts etc, but not sure if its more the novelty/humor of them or not. As far as all around "logo" goes I think Fiedlers with the red center looks the best, so far anyway.

Maybe I'll play around some as well with the inspiration others have provided here.

I agree with MuskyMaven about Gale's on shirts. They would sell good but Fiedlers looks good for a tackle logo. I still think there are other colors that might even look better but I'd have to play around with it. Gale's really makes for some good humor though.

The Chuck Norris wording that Ray had is good.
