I herd that two to three boats will be coming into Gladstones Payne and Dolans docks. 1 on this Saturday 1 on Tuseday and 1 other boat. Just wondering if it ture.

Not unusual for them to come in this time of year. They mostly effect the ice just north of Saunders point. Kipling and the reef areas will be fine.

Seen a few people fishing by saunders today.. Hope they watch the channel tomorrow because theres a decent crack (usual spot) blocking access from the water plant so don't get caught in between the ship and shore.... would be a rough ride back in... haha And as always be careful over there... No need to be right ontop of that damn point anyway....

My brother in law works their and he said the boat will be in at 11 p.m. sunday .

The boat is in at the Gladstones Payne and Dolans dock. See that there are some shacks on the south side of the lake. Good luck fishing from Walleye Quinn...

The Bait Shop Guy has a post of this from last year on 12-11-2008. It shows a map of the shipping lane where the ice is broken up.
