MICHIGAN SUES IL. USCOE and Chicago

MI. has sued all of the above ,to close the locks into Lake Michigan, trying to stop the jumping carp from getting into the Great Lakes. I just hope its not to late. Propman SO. ILL.

Maybe Michigan ought to sue the jerks down south that brought the dam asian carp here in the first place.
