one fish last night (20 incher) jigging... none this a.m. Nothing on tipups. Seems like fewer fish being marked than in the past for this time of year...

I read the other day on here that ice broke off and was drifting south. Is it still good enough to get out to the drop at least.....seems early for this time of year to be fishing there. ??? How about the corner off the Shell station??

I'm more off the harbor area, not out toward the beach house or shell station.

The chunk of ice that broke away was south of where the shacks off the Shell station are fishing. No problem getting out to the breakline. As long as you don't go any further south than any of the shacks that are currently out there, you'll be fine.
