Is this "slow" fishing the new trend?

Family members fished in 3 different shacks north of Gladstone over the long weekend and have never seen it this slow. Some times never even had a bite. Got an eerie feeling that the fishing we once knew is gone. Even had the shacks on GPS marks from years past. Sounds like others are seeing the same "slow" thing. Has anyone had really good fishing yet this winter?

Have had a very slow start to the ice fishing year so far for walleyes in my 30 years of fishing on LB. Is it going to get better I hope so. The netting over the last few years has not help at all. Don't give up just keep moveing and looking for them walleyes.

Hey you guys wonder if the extreme coldfront that rolled in have anything to do with it ?

I agree with Quinn... Keep moving until you find them... if you find them you can catch them regardless of fronts... I managed one move today and it was rough couldnt hack another... hopefully the wind settles a bit over the next week
