They're not a commonly used bait in the winter. We still have a few boxes left that are still in great shape. We'll give you a good deal on them if you want to try them out.

We used to use left-over crawlers (piece on a bare hook) on Saginaw Bay during early ice. They seemed to bite them about as good as waxworms. Regular ice jigs were too small, so we just used a gold (maybe #4 or 6) hook with a split shot. Who knows, maybe they will get the neutral walleyes interested.

i have the crawlers just was wondering how good they work?
