Weekend Report

My report for the weekend. On friday I had a group Bob and Doug from southern Iowa and we ended up chasing 5 flags but could only managed one 25" northern. On Saturday I had a group from down state Michigan Richard, June, Keith, and Craig again we chased 6 flags and only managed one 25" Walleye that was 5.5 lbs. Then this morning I went out and fished by myself and ended up with one 20" Northern and another fish on the same tip-up that busted me off, I also caught a Walleye that was just shy of 27" and weighed 7 3/4 lbs. I don't know what was going on this weekend with all the flags and hardly any fish they all pulled out 15 to 20 ft. of line and then just dropped it. The big one that I got this morning was taken on a Buckshot Rattle Spoon in a Glow Red tipped with a minnow head. Hopefully the guys renting the sleeper tonight do something during the night.
