Hows the ice in the esky harbor?

Two weeks ago there was close to a foot on the south end when I fished...the harbor mouth was all open water, though. About a dozen shanties on the ice at that time.

The whole harbor is good, not sure how much ice there is at the mouth but anywhere past where it widens has over a foot. There has been a couple of shacks near he mouth for over a week.

Have you had any luck fishing in the harbor? I had a couple of flags the one day I was there...lost one at the hole. No fish on the ice, though.

A few pike hear and there nothing really huge but most of them over 24". Some smaller perch, mainly take the kids down there just to get them out of the house.
