Today Mark and I fished in the sleeper for awhile and nothing going, marked alot of fish just couldn't get them to bite. Mark left to run some errands and I fished by myself. I was really worried about the bright sunshine. I usually do better on overcast days about 2:30 I was talking on the phone and a flag went up. I went over there and the tip-up was just barely moving so I let it go for awhile. Then it started spinning pretty good so I picked it up and took the fish after a couple of run's I finally got her up to the hole and to my suprise it was my biggest fish this year, it was just over 28" and weighed 9.5 lbs.

Hey Steve,

Sorry I couldn't be there to be your camera boy again. Seems that's all I'm good for this year again. Been fishing way south of gladstone recently and not much shakin down there either. Will be calling Mark with the report today and I'm back to work till next Thurs.
Nice fish and keep the holes hot till I get back. Congrats!! Slammer!!!!!
