Looking for advice

I was raised in Gladstone, but haven't fished Little Bay De Noc in years. Was looking for any advice for doing some perch fishing. What lures, bait to use etc...

Generally speaking, the upper half of the upper bay has been the best. Fish in 10 to 20 feet of water. 1, 2, and 3 inch minnows and wigglers have been the best bait. We've had a lot of people say the bite doesn't get going until after 10AM, and is usually over by 4PM.
