Has anyone seen the new Cowgirl blades? The walleye one is pretty cool. I also like the whitefish ones. Now if there were only whitefish in the Chip.

I think these custom colored "Fish" Cowgirls from Rollie & Helens are cool. The link will preview all 16 colors:

Too many to choose from. Looks like I'm spending some money this winter.

They looks great but I only used the same 2 all summer last season. If I bought more I'm sure they would just sit in a box unused for a while.

I like the brown sucker/sucker pattern on the rollie and helen's link. That is a good imitation of white suckers and maybe golden shiners too, two major forage species on the chip.

Ty - Im sure you give Tim some of your old ones - I know that he just loves to throw those them!!

Hope you are enjoying your winter break - Heard you had a few chores and things to fix...

I've always been tempted to pick up a couple of those, but have heard that they are a lot of work to retieve because of the amount of drag you get with the two blades. Would you agree that is true?

the size of the blade is a bigger difference than the amount of blades...

a single blade gives more resistance than a double

The hair/flashaboo also matters. I'd say the Ghosttail ones are the hardest to retrieve because of the deer hair. The flashaboo and maraboo are about the same.
