yesterday the point at Pittsburgh was well underwater...and the Highland Park Dam looked to be about 2 feet from completely being submerged.

The water was rolling down here in Pgh. If I ever get water up here in Mt. Washington there will be a major problem. I remember in high school we said the same about tornado's since then we had a few hit us.

The river crested at 17.4 the other day in kittaning area...another 2 ft and you could swim around in the downstairs living room.

Kinzua is trimming the outflow this week to 1350 cfs or so. If anyone is looking to chase some huge Spring trout, this weekend will be optimal. Drifting live bait will be the deadliest technique.
