Two of us went out Thursday afternoon, again between Yellow Gate and Kipling in 16'. We caught perch in short bursts of action as schools passed through, but had trouble getting any over 9". Most were 7" or 8" and we did not keep them. At times we watched a dozen or more on the screen, and saw 2 walleyes as well but landed only perch. Wigglers were again best. I think I would have moved - probably closer to the weedline - but the wind and frigid temperatures kept us inside the heated shanty.
