i would caution anyone reading this that i'm a novice on the bay, but i did go out off of kipling this morning and caught nada. i talked with a half-dozen different fishermen (who were obviously more experienced) and all said the same thing: slow. two different shanties said they hadn't even seen a fish in three hours of fishing.
sounds like the thing to do is secretly stow away in walleye quinn's gear if you want some perch action :D
