I've only ever watched two hockey games in my life. The first was the Miracle on Ice in 1980. The second was today's match between the Americans and Canadians. Well played all !!
I can't imagine that the Hocketts weren't torn between the two teams, but I'm sure the roof came off their house as a result of today's game, eh?
Congratulations to them, all the Canadian Olympians, and the citizens of Canada. I think the country and Vancouver hosted an incredible event that they can be proud of. I was especially pleased at the detail of recognition given the aboriginal peoples during the opening ceremonies.
