Maybe someone from your site may be interested in owning their own place on the flowage. This is a package deal: trailer (furnished), roll out dock, golf cart. Price is $16,900 (this includes this year's land lease).

I'm bringing this up to the top because we can really use the golf cart ourselves and if we take it out of the deal, new price would be $15,200.
