Due to a change in the process of selling MINNESOTA licenses, the remaining vendors up here no longer sell Minnesota fishing licenses.
I would certainly recommend purchasing it in advance. Either at a vendor along the way, or online at the Minnesota DNR website. You can purchase and print it right away.
