Industry hails court ruling Asian carp

CHICAGO (AP) - The barge and tug industry is hailing a Supreme Court decision to turn down Michigan's second request to close Chicago-area shipping locks to prevent Asian carp from infesting the Great Lakes.

Move the barges to the other side, and move shipping containers from one side to the other?

Create a port, similar to L.A. Port. Rail the things in, and then out through the lakes (or all over via rail). Bring more use to Obama's super-rail-way.
