As high winds blew on Saturday we recieved a call from Brian Catrine from Wisconsin on Sunday morning that they brought there small boat and were unable to fish Sunday due to the stiff Northwest winds. They got our phone number off the internet and we were able to fit Brian and friend into our trip, Sunday. They scored big time we caught our limit, jigging hair jigs tipped with minnows, purple seemed to work best. We ended up becoming good friends, so we decided to go night walleye fishing with some of Brian's other friends. Man we crushed them, fished at Locust point reef anchored in 5 feet of water and casted blue/silver husky jerks slow cranked them than stopped and the walleye were whacking those stickbaits. Brian I really enjoyed fishing with you folks and hope we can do it again.
