The fishing has been up and down this week. There have been many nice stringers of fish brought in this week. There have also been some slow days. The fish still are hanging in the shallows mostly. The last couple of days the best bite still has been on the rip rap (really nice limits from boats staying at the motel Thursday night). Also flipping the shorelines have been producing some fish.
If you are a plug puller, they are doing very well in 18-25 feet of water.
We are waiting for the spawn to be over. As soon as that is completely done, we expect the walleyes to become more agressive and easier to catch.
Make sure for up to date and honest info Give us a call at 1-800-435-5591
Look forward to seeing you.
