Tuesday brought a big sigh of relief as my client and I were greeted with clear sky's and a mild breeze, a far cry from the pounding winds we have had. We decided to spend our time vertical jigging the cribs for panfish, and although the bite was slow, we managed to boat 12 jumbo perch along with 8big gills, all were caught on 1/16 ounce Reeves weedless jigs tipped with a small piece of crawler. After we had our limits, we tried a few spots for walleye before calling it a day and had no action from them.
