Hook model # for 5.5 and 6" wileys?

I know this has probably been covered before but i need replacement hooks for some 5.5 and 6" wileys.. I know they are VMC hooks but not sure on the model number? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Go to their site vmchooks.com and page through until you find your hooks. Write down the numbers. It should be easy from there.
