Hi everyone,
Got out for two hours tonight. Totaled 4 good eater size walleyes keeping my limit of two and releasing the other two.
I still try to find deep water walleyes, but gave that up quick, and went back to the weeds. The wees are where it's at on the Big Chip right now. The best weeds are where the wind is blowing into.
I caught the first walleye on a jig and minnow, and the rest on a fire tiger JSR5. Good luck fishing everyone.
