Back on the flowage yesterday after a short layoff and the walleye action was very good. Doing two half day trips worked out very well as my clients all went home with their limits of nice eyes. Both morning and afternoon bites were about the same as all of the eyes came on Reeves horsehead spinner jigs tipped with large fatheads, the eyes were all in the shallow wood and also tucked in the shallow coontail. Even though there were bright sky's and very little or no wind at times, the eyes were in 3 to 4 feet of water and very aggressive.
