Opener results

How did everyone do? I wasn't on the Chip, but got this 38" on an old wood Pacemaker. Summer spots seemed to be a lot better than the traditional spring haunts.

My friend learned to set his drag before fishing...he learned by setting the hook on a fish only to have his line slip big time. ha!

was up on the chip sat.-mon. morning. got up there about 1:00 and had a muskie in the boat by 2 and had one other follow. both in milwaukee bay. lost a mid 30's on petes on sun. was up with my dad and he's not big into muskie fishing so i didn't get to fish muskies as much as i wanted. did get some nice walleyes on cranks also. the one i got was only a 31 but it was fat. the water temps were warmer than when i have been up mid summer. 73-75 degrees.

Before I zoomed in it looked like you had a cowboy hat on Nick. Made me do a double take.

That's a healthy looking fish. Way to start the season.
