After a very good bite on Friday, Saturday's walleye action really took a nose dive. My clients and I spent the day working all types of structures, shallow wood and coontail, mid lake humps, and drifting over stump filled flats and came up with only 3 keeper eyes along with countless numbers of small pike and 2 smallies and were all caught on Reeves horsehead spinner jigs tipped with fatheads. What seemed to be perfect conditions, nice south wind, just didn't turn the eye's on, could be that every spot that we caught eye's the day before were loaded with pike.
