Saturday was the day many bassers were waiting for.....and the smallmouth at Mille Lacs were certianly worth waiting for.
Lake Conditions....h20 surface temps..vary between 60 and 66 F. Water clearity 3-5 feet, lake levels good....all ramps that I launched are very good.
Here's the score card....Saturday 21 fish three largest were over 5 pounds...Sunday got blown off the lake, Monday Memorial Day...caught 12 fish in less than 4 hours. Fish appeared to have survived the winter just fine....all footballs. Fish we observed were mostly prespawn, we did see some bass paired up on a bed. June is going to be a great month!
