I was out on the Chain and where we had water temps in the upper 70's last week I'm getting 61 to 63 deg readings now. There is a lot of water moving thru Duroy, Elk and Long right now. That pin at the old roller dam by the hwy 13 bridge is really rockin and rollin. I really didnt get to fish much, I casted for musky a little and had one fish to the boat on a glider. I talked to some walleye fishermen and they were doing ok on leeches fishing the breaks off any high current areas. I also talked to a couple of musky fishermen at the landing, The had a 45 min window where they boated 3 fish from 34" to 41" and saw a couple of others. They said that 2 of the fish came on surface baits. I'm hitting Soo lake for musky league tonight so I will post on that in the morning.
