Monday greeted my clients and I with fairly strong NW winds along with overcast sky's and on and off drizzle. Pretty much a mixed bag day for us as we worked all different wind blown bays that contained coontail along with sunken wood and jams. Using Reeves weedless jigs tipped with half crawlers, we boated 6 eyes, 8 smallies, 7 pike and a good number of perch and gills. Lot's of hit and missed fish along with many bite offs, all in all a decent action day.
Back out today on my day off to get a limit of nice gills, have a great day.
