Jenks Fishing Report - Sunday, July 4, 2010
================================================== ==========
Walleye:
Walleye fishing continues to be so-so. I know a lot of people are fishing the weeds, but I'm stubborn: I'd still be in the deeper brush in 15-20 feet.
Muskie:
Muskie are still moving around on bucktails and surface baits.
Crappie:
Crappie fishing is best on the bogs in the evening on minnows.
Panfish:
Bluegill fishing is ok on worms and waxies--the better ones are going to be in that deeper brush.
Bass:
Sounds like the smallmouth fishing is better than the largemouth.<BR>Nitecrawlers are best in the wood.
Weather report
It keeps on changing! Looks nice on Mon and Tues with a chance of rain on Wed. Temps will be in the low 80's.
Water level
Still pretty good: 1312.6--darn near full.
Water temperature
Temps are starting to sneak up there--pushing 75.
Enjoy the fishing everyone.
