Bob and Joe Engebos outing

I had the pleasure of taking Bob Engebos and his father Joe out fishing today. Bob's wife had purchased this trip for him as a father's day present. Shortly after starting fishing, Joe announced that he usually does poorly fishing and hoped that this would change today. Within minutes, that started changing. Pretty soon both Joe and Bob started putting fish after fish into the boat. Walleyes, white bass, crappies, smallmouth, and catfish were all biting. We started the day using small minnows and jigs but also did very well using nightcrawlers. After a great day on the water, Joe announced he had caught more fish today than in his last 6 fishing trips. Needless to say, the quality of the fishery on the Wisconsin River system came through again. It was great meeting both of these gentlemen and I look forward to fishing with them in the future. Take a kid fishing
