Thursday's weather was a turnaround as my client and I were greeted with overcast sky's and a stiff SE wind. Fishing for just 3 hours, we started on the mid lake humps with Reeves weedless jigs tipped with half crawlers and found 1 lonely rockbass. Moving on to work a small rock bar, we managed to pick up 1 decent eye and 1 little smallie. We then tried some shoreline weeds only to get bit off by the pesky pike. We then tried an under water point with submerged stumps and here we found 3 nice eyes along with 5 smallies, 1 which was a solid 17 incher.
Back out today, will keep you posted.
